Screening call with the Talent Acquisition Manager
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30-45 minute screening call with our Talent Acquisition Manager. This conversation is designed to explore your experience, suitability for the role, and motivations, while also giving you the opportunity to learn more about the position and our organisation.

Focused Technical Interview
During this stage of the interview, we will:
- Explore your technical skills and overall experience, focusing on how you would apply them within our environment.
- Evaluate your problem‑solving abilities, including how you approach real‑world scenarios. We will present live user cases from our own customer portfolio, and you will be asked to walk us through how you would assess the situation, respond to the challenges, and drive a successful outcome.

Collaboration & Fit Interview
During this stage, we will focus on understanding your interpersonal and teamwork skills by:

- Discussing your motivations and long-term career goals.
