Screening call with the Talent Acquisition Manager
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30-45 minute screening call with our Talent Acquisition Manager. This conversation is designed to explore your experience, suitability for the role, and motivations, while also giving you the opportunity to learn more about the position and our organisation.

Focused Technical Interview
During this stage of the interview, we will:
- Explore your technical skills and overall experience.
- Evaluate your problem-solving abilities and how you apply your knowledge to real-world scenarios.
- Review the depth and relevance of your professional background to see how it aligns with the requirements and expectations of the role.
- Stage 4
Final Interview - Culture & Fit
At this stage of the process, we want to understand how you work and what you’ll bring to the team. We’ll focus on:
- Exploring the hard and soft skills you bring to the role and the wider team
- Discussing what motivates you and your long‑term career goals
- Learning about your preferred working style and how it aligns with our team and culture
During this interview, we may also ask you to prepare a short use case based on a real scenario you could encounter in this role.
