Screening call with the Talent Acquisition Manager

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30-45  minute screening call with our Talent Acquisition Manager.  This initial call is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore your interest in the role. It also gives you a chance to learn more about the position and our organisation.

During this stage, we will:
  • Discuss your skills, experience, and career background
  • Explore your motivations and interest in the role
  • Share an overview of the position and key responsibilities
  • Answer any initial questions you may have
Stage 3

Focused Technical Interview (With Hiring Manager)

This stage focuses on your technical expertise and how your experience aligns with the role. It’s an opportunity to explore your approach to problem-solving and how you apply your skills in practice.

During this stage, we will:
  • Explore your technical skills and professional experience
  • Assess your problem-solving approach in real-world scenarios
  • Review the depth and relevance of your background in relation to the role requirements
  • Understand how your expertise can contribute to the team and wider organisation

Collaboration & Fit Interview

This stage focuses on your interpersonal skills, motivations, and how your working style aligns with the team. It’s an opportunity to understand how you collaborate and what you’re looking for in your next role.

During this stage, we will:
  • Explore the skills you bring to the role and how you work with others
  • Discuss your motivations and longer-term career goals
  • Understand your working style and how it aligns with the team and wider organisation
  • Assess how you collaborate and contribute to a team environment
Stage 5

Final Culture Interview

This stage focuses on how your values and working style align with our team and organisation. It’s also an opportunity for a more open, two‑way conversation.

During this stage, we will:
  • Explore how your values and approach align with our organisational culture
  • Follow up on any topics discussed in earlier interview stages
  • Get to know you beyond the formal requirements of the role
  • Provide further insight into our team, culture, and ways of working
  • Give you the opportunity to ask any final questions and ensure the role is right for you
