Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30-45 minute screening call with our Talent Acquisition Manager. This initial call is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and explore your interest in the role. It also gives you a chance to learn more about the position and our organisation.

Technical, Experience & Team Fit Interview
This stage focuses on understanding your skills, experience, motivations, and how you work with others. It's an opportunity to explore how your expertise aligns with the role, how you approach challenges, and how you would contribute to the team and wider organisation.
During this stage, we will:
- Explore your technical skills, professional experience, and the strengths you bring to the role.
- Assess your engineering problem-solving approach and how you apply technical expertise to real-world challenges.
- Discuss your motivations, career aspirations, and what you are looking for in your next role.
- Understand your working style, collaboration approach, and how you contribute to a team environment.
- Review the relevance of your experience and how your expertise can support the team and wider organisation.
- Explore how your skills, values, and ways of working align with the role, team, and broader organisation.

Final Culture Interview
This stage focuses on how your values and working style align with our team and organisation. It’s also an opportunity for a more open, two‑way conversation.
During this stage, we will:
- Explore how your values and approach align with our organisational culture.
- Follow up on any topics discussed in earlier interview stages.
- Get to know you beyond the formal requirements of the role.
- Provide further insight into our team, culture, and ways of working.
- Give you the opportunity to ask any final questions and ensure the role is right for you.
