Our Hiring Process
- Stage 1
Screening Call with the Talent Acquisition Manager
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30-45 minute screening call with our Talent Acquisition Manager. This conversation is designed to explore your experience, suitability for the role, and motivations, while also giving you the opportunity to learn more about the position and our organisation.
- Stage 2
Focused Technical Interview
Total duration 1 hour 45 minutes
1 Hour Focused Interview
The focused interview will be conducted by the current Head of Data and will assess the candidate’s role‑specific skills.
If the focused interview does not demonstrate the required level for the position, the interviewer will clearly explain what is missing, and the interview will conclude before moving into the Topgrading section.
As part of the focused interview they will be a live code session done via VS Studio. This can be done online, no specific setup is required.
30 Minute Topgrading Interview
1 Hour Focused Interview
The focused interview will be conducted by the current Head of Data and will assess the candidate’s role‑specific skills.

The Topgrading portion of the interview will be carried out by the Head of Ops. This stage is designed to evaluate the candidate’s ability to work effectively across teams.
15 Minute Q&A
At the end of the interview, we’ve set aside approximately 15 minutes for you to ask any questions you may have about the role, team, or company. We encourage you to use this time to explore anything that will help you determine whether this opportunity is the right fit for you. The interviewers may also use this time to ask any final follow‑up questions.

A reference check will be completed to gather feedback from the candidate’s former collaborator(s) before moving forward with an offer.
