Screening call with the Talent Acquisition Manager
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a 30-45 minute screening call with our Talent Acquisition Manager. This conversation is designed to explore your experience, suitability for the role, and motivations, while also giving you the opportunity to learn more about the position and our organisation.

Focused Technical Interview
This stage focuses on your technical expertise and how your experience aligns with the role. It’s an opportunity to explore your approach to problem-solving and how you apply your skills in practice.
During this stage, we will:
- Explore your technical skills and professional experience
- Assess your problem-solving approach in real-world scenarios
- Review the depth and relevance of your background in relation to the role requirements
- Understand how your expertise can contribute to the team and wider organisation
- Stage 4
Business Case Assignment & Review
During this stage, we will share a business case with you to review and prepare, giving you the opportunity to present and talk through your approach in the next interview.
- Stage 5
Final Culture Interview
This stage focuses on how your values and working style align with our team and organisation. It’s also an opportunity for a more open, two‑way conversation.
During this stage, we will:
- Explore how your values and approach align with our organisational culture
- Follow up on any topics discussed in earlier interview stages
- Get to know you beyond the formal requirements of the role
- Provide further insight into our team, culture, and ways of working
- Give you the opportunity to ask any final questions and ensure the role is right for you
